What this site is
Honest AI Stack publishes information about AI tools and systems for freelancers and small agencies, and will sell digital products built by its operator. It is run by an individual, not a company.
Nothing is currently for sale. The sections below covering purchases take effect when the first product launches, and are written now so the rules are visible before anyone is asked for money.
No guarantees about results
Nothing on this site — now or later — promises income, clients, traffic, rankings, or business results. Any description of what a product does describes the product, not what you will earn with it.
Results depend on your own skill, your market, your clients, and the time you put in. Two people using the same tool get different outcomes, and that is normal.
Information is provided as-is
Tests, write-ups, and product documentation reflect what was observed at the time of writing. AI tools change frequently, and something accurate in July can be wrong by October. Corrections are added when found, but the material is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
You are responsible for verifying anything before relying on it in paid client work.
Digital products, when they launch
Products sold under the Honest AI Stack name will be sold through WarriorPlus. That means:
- Payment is processed by WarriorPlus and its payment providers, not by this site.
- WarriorPlus's own terms and buyer protections apply to the transaction, in addition to these terms.
- Refunds are handled as described on the refund policy page.
- Delivery is digital — files or access details, not physical goods.
What you may and may not do with a purchase
Every product states its own licence at the point of sale. Where a product does not say otherwise, buying it grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own work, including work you do for paying clients.
Without written permission, you may not resell the product, give it away as a bonus, publish it publicly, or present it as your own work for resale. Where a product's licence explicitly grants those rights, that licence wins over this paragraph.
Site content
The writing, layout, images, and code on this site belong to its operator. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish whole pages, or run them through a rewriting tool and publish the result.
Links to other sites
This site links out to vendors, tools, and third-party pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and are not controlled from here. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
Signing up to the email list is voluntary and reversible. Every email has an unsubscribe link. How your address is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its content — including lost profits, lost clients, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid, if anything.
Changes
These terms can change, particularly once products go on sale. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
