Refund policy

30 days, no reason required. You do not have to explain yourself, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

This policy was first published on 4 August 2026, before anything was for sale — written in advance so the terms were visible before the first product launched, not afterwards to suit whatever happened.

On 20 August 2026 the window was widened from 14 days to 30, still before the first sale. A refund window that moves the other way, after money has changed hands, would be worth being suspicious of.

The policy

Every digital product sold under the Honest AI Stack name carries a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase.

Within those 30 days you can ask for a refund for any reason, or no reason. You do not need to prove you used the product, show your work, or answer a survey first.

How to request one

Products are sold through WarriorPlus, so there are two routes and both work:

  • Through WarriorPlus. Open the transaction in your WarriorPlus account and use their refund request flow. This is the fastest route, because WarriorPlus processes the payment.
  • By email. Write to hello@honestaistack.com with the email address you bought with, or the WarriorPlus receipt ID. The request gets processed from this end.

Refunds are approved, not negotiated. There is no retention offer, no downgrade pitch, and no "are you sure?" sequence between you and your money.

How long it takes

Requests are actioned within two business days of being seen. After that, how quickly the money reaches you depends on WarriorPlus and your card issuer or PayPal — typically a few days, sometimes longer, and that part is outside anyone's control here.

Keeping the files

These are digital products, so a refund cannot un-download a file. On refund, your licence to use the product ends. Continuing to use it commercially after being refunded is not something that can be technically prevented, but it is not permitted.

No attempt is made to disable, lock, or claw back files after a refund. This runs on the assumption that people asking for their money back are being honest, and that assumption stays until proven otherwise.

After 30 days

The window closes at 30 days. If something is genuinely broken — a file will not open, a link is dead, access was never delivered — write anyway. Broken is a support problem, not a refund window problem, and it gets fixed regardless of the date.

Repeat refunds

Refunds are not limited by rule. If a pattern of buying and refunding every release appears, future purchases may be declined. That has not happened and this line exists only so the rule is stated in advance.
